Make Your Own Electricity and Live Off the Grid
I have been really curious about the claims of making energy at home – so I went out and did the research on residential solar power, wind generated power, and how to make your own electricity to find what works. If your like me and you want to know how to make your own electricity – or maybe global warming is a concern, or you just want to reduce your energy bills. If you’re interested in this stuff, these products are for you – and they work!
Earth 4 Energy – My Favorite Pick
The Best Guide to Live Off The Grid
#1 Pick
www.Earth4Energy.com
Earth 4 Energy is for real. I bought their guide (less than $50.00) and found it to be easy to understand and not lacking any information. I am about the least handy person anyone could meet. But I was able to follow Earth 4 Energy’s directions and build a working solar panel in one weekend. It cost me $60.00 to buy everything I needed to be one step closer to learn how to make your own electricity.
Their claim is that for under $200.00 you could live off the grid – It’s True!
My Second Pick – Home Made Energy
Almost As Good As Earth 4 Energy
#2 Pick
www.HomeMadeEnergy.com
Home Made energy has been featured in both Popular science and Popular Mechanics magazines. They also offer a guide for less than $50.00 on how to learn how to make your own electricity; their guide has all the info needed to build your own residential solar power or residential wind power unit, but is more technical than Earth 4 Energy’s. It was too technical for me, for the engineers of this world I’m sure it is great.

Pick # 3 – Energy 4 Green
This Guide works Too
#3 Pick
www.energy4Green.com
For the about the same price as my first 2 picks, you can get Energy 4 Green’s ‘How To’ manuals (and DVD’s). Once again you will get all the info needed for a renewable electricity system for your home. The problem I had with this product is that it had too much information. Not to beat a dead horse, but I am a simpleton when it comes to building stuff and I need really easy to read and understand instructions to build my own residential solar power unit.
If you would like a HUGE amount of info on how to live off the grid, then Energy 4 Green is for you.

Ready To Make Some Electricity?
It is worth the effort
So you can probably tell that I am a fan of Earth 4 Energy; it is easy to read and follow and they have a cool website. I think individually we can do alot to help the environment, making your own electricity and getting closer to living off the grid is a big step to a renewable energy future.
My next project is building my own wind power generator – oh ya, that’s in the guide too.
