Choosing A Cage For Your New Dog

Just as we would not like to live in a bland or confined environment by choice neither will your new pet dog or puppy. Choosing a cage is a task not to be taken too lightly.

When you buy pet cages, they have to be the right size or your puppy or dog won’t be happy. There are many different sizes from which to choose, and that is because each dog is a different size.
Your dog should be able be able to stand up and do a complete circle in the cage, but it can’t be too big either. If the pet cages are too big, the dog or puppy will not feel very secure in there, and it may whimper and whine all day or all night long when left alone.

Bear in mind though how large your dog will grow so you can achieve the right balance here.

Also don’t get too hang up on the price, cheap is not is not necessarily best. Chances are your cage will have to last for years so its best to make a good initial investment in one that will go the distance.
